PURE HYDROGEN INTERNATIONAL SIGNS TERM SHEET TO DEVELOP HYDROGEN PLANT AT PORT ANTHONY VICTORIA

Pure Hydrogen’s JV company with Liberty Hydrogen has signed a term sheet with Port Anthony Renewables Limited where the parties plan to build and develop a 20-tonne-per-day hydrogen production facility at Port Anthony, ~200km southeast of Melbourne.

Port Anthony Renewables Limited would have a 30% equity stake in the Liberty South Hydrogen Project.

Pure Hydrogen International is pursuing four hydrogen manufacturing and distribution hubs on Australia’s East Coast – Project Jupiter (Gladstone), Project Mars (Mackay), Liberty North (Newcastle) and Liberty South (Port Anthony South East Victoria), which have been identified as prime locations for Pure Hydrogen’s expansion into cutting-edge hydrogen and fuel-cell technology.
